Many of the professionals we’ve placed have kindly referred their friends and colleagues to us. To show our gratitude for your loyalty and recommendations, we’re excited to introduce a referral scheme as a token of our appreciation.
SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
It’s very simple! Just pass our contact details on and ask them to call us (mentioning you referred them), or send their contact details to us, and we’ll make the call. If we then go on to place them in a role within a year of your referral, you’ll bag £500 paid straight into your account, or if you prefer, we will make the same donation to a registered UK charity of your choice. It really is that easy!
To keep it all fair and straightforward, we have a couple of basic ground rules around the scheme:
- The candidate must not already be registered with us. It goes without saying, we need to speak with people we don’t already know
- If we place them in a permanent role, you get the £500 paid straight into your account within a week of them starting the new position. If they’re freelance or contract then they’ll need to have worked the equivalent of 12 weeks first.
- The person you refer must be placed within 12 months of registration.
- If the same person is introduced by more than one person, only the first “referrer” will qualify for the fee.
