Residential Conveyancer – Thames Valley
My client, a well-established legal practice with one of the largest residential conveyancing departments in the Thames Valley, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced conveyancer to join their dynamic team.
This position requires a capable professional who can independently manage a portfolio of residential property transactions from inception to completion. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and oversight to junior fee earners and support staff, contributing to the ongoing performance and development of the conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior management with the day-to-day supervision and strategic development of the residential conveyancing team
- Managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Cultivating strong working relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a high standard of service delivery
Candidate Profile:
- A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or chartered legal executive with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Demonstrates strong technical ability across the spectrum of residential property work
- Proactive, dependable, and confident in managing matters independently
- Committed to teamwork and mentoring less experienced colleagues
