My client is currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Associate Solicitor to join a successful and growing Residential Conveyancing department, leading a new team at their Reading office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with over ten years PQE, eager to take the next step in their career and with the ambition to drive growth and expand the firm’s presence in the South Oxfordshire market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to matter conclusion, with dedicated one-to-one administrative support from an experienced Legal Assistant. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in business development and networking to raise the profile of the firm and the department.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge and technical expertise in residential property conveyancing. They should be a motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong business development abilities and the initiative to work independently.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and agents, as well as actively marketing on behalf of the firm and demonstrating business development success.
Leadership skills are essential, as you will be expected to inspire, mentor, and support junior members of the department.
