The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Solicitor to join a reputable Wills and Inheritance Team based in Wokingham. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing their own caseload of private client matters, which will include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning, and elderly client matters. Additionally, the role will involve leading other team members and contributing to business development efforts to raise the department’s profile and foster growth.
About You
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with a preference for 10+ years. Strong technical expertise and excellent business development skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate must also demonstrate excellent communication and client management skills.
