My client, a highly regarded UK law firm with a top-tier Dispute Resolution practice, is seeking an experienced lawyer to join their busy team in London. They are particularly interested in individuals with a strong background in advising corporations on large-scale investigations and prosecutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising on a range of regulatory enforcement matters, including corporate manslaughter, inquests, health and safety, and internal investigations.
- Working with corporate clients to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance.
- Collaborating with a highly experienced team on high-profile, complex cases.
What you’ll need:
- Solid experience in regulatory enforcement, ideally with expertise in large-scale investigations and prosecutions.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety compliance and regulatory risk.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- SRA registration.
