What you’ll be doing:
Advising clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and development projects. Drafting and negotiating complex legal documents. Conducting due diligence and legal research. Building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service. Expanding your capabilities beyond your technical skills in business development and networking.
What you’ll need:
0-4+ years of PQE in real estate law. A strong academic background and a genuine passion for this area of law. Excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
