My client, a leading law firm with one of the largest Real Estate teams in the South East outside of London, is currently seeking a 0-6 years PQE solicitor to join their growing team. The team is known for providing City-quality work across a broad range of real estate matters.
The Role
This role would suit someone with between 1-6 years PQE, although candidates outside of this range are also encouraged to apply. The team handles a diverse range of property transactions and advisory work, including the acquisition and disposal of interests in real estate on individual sites and portfolios, as well as work relating to planning, environmental issues, construction, landlord and tenant matters, and taxation and finance.
The Team
As part of the team, you will work across various property transactions, including office, industrial, and retail lettings, large residential developments, investment properties, secured lending, and agricultural/rural estate work. You will be acting for owners, occupiers, sellers, purchasers, and financial institutions. Experience in all of these areas is not required, but an interest in or experience with some of them would be beneficial.
