I have partnered with a prestigious Elite US Law Firm in London seeking to hire a high-calibre Counsel for its Banking & Capital Markets team.
Globally recognised as a powerhouse in the leveraged finance space, they consistently top the league tables for high-yield debt and syndicated loans work.
You will:
▶️ Lead complex syndicated leverage finance transactions.
▶️ Navigate acquisition finance and intricate intercreditor arrangements.
▶️ Operate within a results-oriented lean team that handles “headline” deals across the European market.
▶️ Focus is on leveraged finance and, in particular, on the borrower-side and private credit. The firm advises some of the world’s largest private equity firms (and portfolio companies) in securing the debt needed for buyouts. A lot of the work spans multiple jurisdictions, particularly between the UK and the US.
Requirements:
✅ UK qualified Solicitor. Ideally ( but not essential), you will have qualified between 2017 and 2022
✅ Substantial exposure to bank lending and leveraged finance.
✅ Exceptional academic and professional pedigree at a leading UK or International firm in London.
