Job Description
As a graduate trainee/recruitment consultant you will be trained and guided with a mixture of classroom and on the job training. You’ll learn how to understand your client and candidates needs, how to generate business, advertising, interview techniques, CV handling, screening and managing the recruitment process professionally and efficiently.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Previous experience isn’t a prerequisite. Instead we prefer candidates to be hungry and driven to succeed in recruitment.
- Previous experience in sales would be beneficial but not required.
- Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development
- Commercially driven
- Self-starters, forward thinking, good time management, compassion, great listeners, comfortable on the phone and being able to read between the lines are all essential skills.
- Ideally looking for graduate level applications however if you feel you tick all the boxes above without having attended university then please apply anyway!
