Responsibilities will include:
Advising on a broad remit of complex employment matters, sometime on an international basis
1.) Advise on day to day individual and collective labour law matters
2.) Individual and Collective dismissals and restructurings
3.) Deliver advice in relation to employment contracts, management services agreements and consultancy-related contracts for executive hiring, including corporate governance aspects
4.) Labor relations with employee representative bodies
5.) Employment Litigation
6.) Executive compensation & employee benefits
In this role, you will also have the added benefit of being able to partake in business development opportunities, experience a secondment and play a very active role in developing existing and new relationships with clients.
