  • Working on cross-border transactions alongside international teams
  • Managing aspects of transactions with increasing responsibility and direct client exposure
  • Working closely with corporate, projects, energy and other specialist teams where required

Your Future:

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading Finance practice and work on complex, high-value infrastructure matters within a genuinely international environment. You will benefit from:

  • Exposure to market-leading infrastructure and finance transactions
  • The opportunity to work with leading financial institutions, sponsors and major infrastructure investors
  • Significant international and cross-border exposure
  • A collaborative team environment
  • High-quality training and continued professional development
  • Early responsibility and regular interaction with senior lawyers and clients
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits

Candidate Profile:

  • Ideally 3+ PQE, with consideration given to strong candidates at 4+ PQE
  • Strong experience in Banking & Finance, ideally with exposure to Infrastructure or Project Finance
  • Experience acting for lenders, sponsors, borrowers or other key stakeholders on complex financing transactions
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong academic and professional background
  • Commercially minded, analytical and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and practice areas
