About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join a very successful firm as a Partner. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of complex family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody disputes, and pre-nuptial agreements. Crucially, you will also play a key role in developing new business and driving the continued growth of the firm.
About You:
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute solicitor with:
- Extensive experience: A minimum of 8 years PQE with demonstrable expertise across all areas of family law.
- Strong client management skills: The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear, compassionate, and effective legal counsel.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills: You will be a confident and persuasive advocate, capable of representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Exceptional business development skills: A proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies, build relationships with referrers, and attract new clients. Experience in networking, marketing, and client acquisition is essential.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
