Its London Debt Finance group sits at the heart of the firm’s global finance offering and is consistently ranked among the leading practices in the market, acting on some of the largest and most complex cross-border financings in Europe and beyond.
The role
You will join a busy, collegiate team advising leading banks, private credit funds and financial sponsors across the full spectrum of debt finance work, including:
- Leveraged and acquisition finance
- Direct lending and private credit transactions
- Investment grade and corporate lending
- Restructurings and refinancings
- Multi-jurisdictional deals working alongside the firm’s international offices
Associates are given early responsibility, genuine client exposure and the chance to run deals with partner support, alongside a strong commitment to training and career progression.
About you
- A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE
- Strong banking or debt finance experience gained at a leading City or international firm
- Leveraged or acquisition finance exposure
- Commercially minded, confident with clients and able to manage transactions with increasing autonomy
- Excellent academics
