The Team:
The London team spearheads European operations. This multi-award-winning team regularly receives plaudits and is well-celebrated by all the leading legal directories.
The team advises clients on various cutting-edge competition law issues, including conduct cases (cartel arrangements, distribution and collaboration agreements, geoblocking clauses, alleged abuse of dominance), mergers and acquisitions, state aid, litigation and regulatory matters. The practice focuses on the following principal categories: EU, U.K. and other non-U.S. cartels, antitrust and merger control laws, and other significant EU and U.K. competition and regulatory issues.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ relevant UK post-qualification experience in the London market (or experience in a similar common law jurisdiction), although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits.
- The successful candidate will have strong experience in antitrust
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills are also required,
- An ability to demonstrate initiative. You must also possess the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility.
- A high level of academic achievement is required.
