My client, a leading law firm, is seeking a talented Associate (1-4 PQE) to join their renowned Banking and Finance team. They advise a diverse range of clients, including international banks and commodities companies, on a wide variety of funding arrangements.
What You’ll Do:
- You’ll play a key role in advising on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending, acquisition finance, and project finance.
- You’ll gain exposure to secured and unsecured credit facilities, development and property finance, asset finance, and structured finance transactions.
- You’ll work alongside experienced lawyers on high-profile deals, gaining invaluable experience and developing your skills in areas such as inter-creditor arrangements and security sharing.
- You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the team through business development and marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- You’re a qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years of PQE in Banking and Finance.
- You have a strong academic background and a genuine passion for this area of law.
- You possess a solid understanding of lending structures, security documentation, and financial regulations.
- You’re familiar with different types of finance, including acquisition finance, project finance, asset finance, and structured finance.
- You’re a confident communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
