A leading offshore law firm is growing its London office. It is looking for a 3–7 PQE associate to join its banking and finance team.

The firm is a highly regarded offshore practice with an international network. Its London team is small and partner-led, and works closely with City firms, banks, funds and financial institutions on cross-border matters. The office offers the quality of work you’d expect from a leading firm, with the culture of a close-knit team.
The role
You’ll advise on the offshore aspects of a broad range of finance work, including:
- Fund finance
- Structured finance transactions
- General finance and commercial transactions
- Restructurings and distressed situations
You’ll work directly with partners who are recognised in the legal directories. You’ll get early client contact and real responsibility.
About you
- 3–7 PQE in banking and finance, gained at a top-tier City or offshore firm
- Offshore experience is ideal. The firm is open to strong onshore lawyers looking to move into offshore practice.
- Strong drafting skills and a commercial approach
- Keen to play a part in growing the London office
