Business Acumen & Style: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially astute, with a strong ability to build rapport with go-to-market teams, senior business stakeholders, and enterprise clients.

Qualified Solicitor: Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction) with training at a leading private practice law firm or reputable technology-focused in-house team.

Experience Level: Ideally a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience specialising in commercial contracts, IT/SaaS, Brand Protection, and digital technology law.

Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex SaaS agreements, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), software licences, and enterprise vendor contracts.
