The Role
The Private Client team has seen consistent growth, managing a broad range of matters for clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include:
- Drafting complex wills and managing client assets
- Advising on tax planning and mitigation strategies
- Administering estates and trusts
- Preparing and advising on lasting powers of attorney (LPOA)
- Handling probate and estate administration
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced colleagues to deliver tailored advice and solutions to a diverse client base.
Candidate Requirements
- Newly qualified to 2 years’ PQE (no upper limit on experience)
- Strong understanding of private client law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing or supervising others is advantageous but not essential
