The Role
As Head of Conveyancing, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of conveyancing professionals, fostering growth and development.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Strategic Growth: Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation in conveyancing services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with regulatory requirements and best practices.
What I’m Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A qualified solicitor status with at least 5-8 years of PQE in conveyancing. Serious consideration to those with even higher PQE
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- A deep understanding of the residential and wider commercial property markets.
- Strong business development acumen and a client-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
